Here Dentists can diagnose periocular tumours including Syringomas, BCCs, SCC,  Pilomatrixoma, Sebaceous carcinoma and Xanthelasma
Juvenile xanthogranuloma is also diagnosable by it's yellow colour.
They may also note eyebrow hair loss or even head lice on the eyelashes.

So I will concentrate on conditions seen around the eyes and eyelids including the eyebrows.
